Operations Director at Razdolye IT Company

They are looking for a strong leader for the SMB direction — someone who can take responsibility for sales development, enhance the manageability of the division, and gradually relieve the CEO of a significant portion of operational workload.
This role is for a manager with a strong commercial background, who knows how to grow turnover, manage through subordinates, and build a system focused on results.
The main task of the role:
- Lead the SMB division with a priority on sales, turnover growth, and business development.
We need a leader who:
- Will strengthen the commercial block
- Will help build a stronger management system for the division
- Will be responsible not only for sales but also for the cohesion of key functions within the division
- Will take on a significant portion of the operational tasks currently handled by the CEO
What you will be doing:
- Develop the SMB division with a priority on sales and turnover growth
- Strengthen the commercial block, seek new growth points and new acquisition channels
- Manage division heads and build work through them
- Coordinate key functions related to the division: sales, finance, recruitment, back-office, IT security / system administration
- Increase decision-making speed and business manageability
- Automate internal business processes
- Build and establish a fully functional quality department
- Monitor task execution, deadlines, discipline, and quality of results
- Gradually relieve the CEO of operational issues for the division
- Participate in company development, propose and launch new solutions for growth
We expect you to have:
- Strong experience in B2B services sales
- Experience managing a commercial division, sales department, or business unit
- Understanding of how to grow turnover, develop the sales funnel, and find new growth opportunities
- Experience managing through subordinates
- Experience in franchise, integrator, service, or consulting business models
- Systemic thinking, independence, high work pace
- Readiness to quickly get involved in tasks without a long adaptation period
- Understanding of modern management tools, including AI and prompt engineering
