The online accounting service Moyo Delo is looking for an Operations Director who will take ownership of operational monitoring, quality control, project management, and drive the transformation of operational processes to a measurable result.

The company is developing its operational block and redesigning key processes in sales, renewals, and back-office.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end redesign of operational processes in sales, renewals, and back-office.
• Setting operational KPIs, dashboards, and SLA standards for subordinate functions.
• Management of subordinate divisions: operational monitoring, quality control, project management (PMO).
• Ownership of key transformation initiatives; achieving measurable effect.
• Management of the operational block's OPEX, headcount model, and defense of budget decisions.
• Cross-functional interaction with the commercial block, product, and analytics.

Requirements:

• Experience at the COO/Operations Director/Transformation Director level in a company of comparable or larger scale.
• Proven track record of redesigning operational processes with measurable P&L impact.
• Experience managing a multi-level team through heads of several functions.
• Financial maturity: budget, OPEX, headcount model, defense of P&L impact of initiatives.
• Data-driven approach: independent work with dashboards and metrics.
• Experience working in an organizational transformation phase.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in SaaS/B2B SMB/Fintech/accounting market.
• Use of AI and automation in the redesign of operational processes.
• Systemic experience with PMO/Lean/Six Sigma as a tool for achieving goals.

Robotics:

• Reduction of Opex for functions involved in robotics by at least 10%

Renewals Transformation:

• Increase in renewal rate.
• Described processes of the new department.
• 100% of functionality in the new department from 01.07.26

• Achievement of target conversions (taking into account a budgeted increase of 15%).

"Speech Analytics" and building centralized quality control for the company:

• Building a transparent and controllable system for consulting quality at all points of client entry into the company. Building a unified dashboard.

Unified centralized monitoring for calling functions:

• Building a unified centralized monitoring system with control over all calling functions, building a unified control dashboard.
