Key Responsibilities: — Operational launch of financial and accounting processes for legal entities of the Group in the ESC — Management of Russian Accounting Standards (RAS)/Tax Accounting and Treasury Operations departments — Development and implementation of KPIs and SLA system for the ESC as a service provider — Optimization and automation of accounting and treasury processes — Integration of accounting processes of new legal entities of the Group into the unified ESC system

Working Conditions: — 5/2, office in Moscow — Employment in a new legal entity, functional subordination to the Group's CFO — Permanent position, participation in building the holding's financial function

Key Competencies for the Applicant: — 8+ years in accounting/treasury, including 3+ years in a Head of Shared Service Center/ESC or comparable function position — Experience in holdings with a divisional structure, understanding of SLA-based management principles for a service function — Experience in integrating accounting processes of new legal entities, including during M&A transactions — Management experience — team of up to 100 people; experience in building/launching a Shared Service Center "from scratch" is a significant advantage
