The pharmaceutical company ENDOFARM is looking for a Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and control of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise
• Coordination of work on the analysis of all economic indicators, formation of proposals for increasing the profitability of the enterprise, reducing production and sales costs, strengthening financial discipline
• Management of activities for the formation of the enterprise's credit and tax policy
• Ensuring timely revenue receipt, timely execution of financial and settlement and banking operations, payment of invoices from suppliers and contractors, loan repayment, interest payments, wages to workers and employees, transfer of payments to banking institutions
• Management of enterprise assets (financing of current production activities; investments directed by the enterprise to reconstruction, repair and modernization of equipment, production of new types of products, etc.)
• Participation in the development and implementation of measures to strengthen contractual and financial discipline
• Participation in the review of materials on the state of accounts receivable in order to identify debts requiring compulsory collection

Requirements:

• Higher economic education
• At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer
• Production experience (preferably in the pharmaceutical industry)
• Experience in holding structures/structures with a developed branch network
• Excellent knowledge of financial management, strategic management skills
• Experience in automating financial accounting
• Proficient user of 1C
• Knowledge of legislation (FZ-44, 223)
• Experience working with federal funds
