Requirements: — 5+ years in the role of CFO / Deputy CFO in construction or manufacturing companies with a turnover of 3 billion+. — Deep expertise in FP&A, budgeting, management reporting. — Excellent understanding of accounting and taxation, experience with audits. — Management of liquidity, accounts receivable, inventory, cost of goods sold. — Understanding of general contractor specifics. — Strong negotiation and public speaking skills (presenter to clients). — ERP/BI — a big plus.
Personal qualities: Leadership, analytical mindset, stress resistance, systematic approach, ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and high workload.
