A Financial Director is sought for the foodtech company Chef Market.
Responsibilities:
Manage the following functions within the company:
Finance Department:
- Budgeting, Treasury, Reporting (IFRS, Management Accounting)
Controlling Department:
- KPIs and OKRs for the entire company
- Business partnering for all key business processes (procurement, logistics, marketing, production, etc.) using economic efficiency control tools
Accounting Department:
- Reporting (RAS), inventory checks and audits
Planning and Economics Department
- Supply chain and production planning
- Inventory and order management
Other Important Functions:
- 1C ERP implementation
- Legal Department
- Auditors (Internal Audit), Security Service
Candidate Expectations:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Director in manufacturing and trading companies (FMCG sector, food products, consumer goods, e-commerce, 3PL logistics)
- Experience working directly with the business on controlling and correcting business processes, deep operational involvement in the company's operations
- Experience with (and preferably implementation of) 1C ERP; experience in defining technical specifications for process automation, excellent Excel skills, preferably skills in light automation of processes and reports
- Good knowledge of RAS (+ IFRS will be a plus)
- Free orientation in Russian tax and civil law legislation
- Sufficient managerial competencies
