Food and baking products manufacturer Pudov is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Development of the company's financial policy.
- Management accounting and reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
- Development of operational planning and budgeting. Revenue and Expense Budget, Cash Flow Budget, Profit and Loss Statement, Plan/Actual, Variance Analysis.
- Building a strategic financial model of the company, identifying business profitability development points, developing non-financial control points and indicators, sensitivity analysis.
- Making management decisions based on financial modeling: planning operational indicators, building and analyzing financial statements.
- Analyzing business efficiency, assessing and managing company risks;
- Investment planning, evaluating the effectiveness of investment projects (NPV, IRR, DPP, RI).
- Planning key business indicators (metrics), evaluating the effectiveness of sales channels, modeling unit economics.
- Automation of the financial department, ERP implementation.
The ideal candidate has:
- Focus on business metrics and achieving results.
- Successful experience in managing a business through financial models; building financial models for various business units.
- Experience managing a distributed team of 20+ people.
- Experience in recruiting, motivating, and developing a financial department team (accounting, finance, PEO).
- Experience in trade and manufacturing companies in the FMCG sector.
- Leadership of financial department automation projects based on 1C:ERP.
- Desire for development and openness to new things, responsibility and initiative.
