Key tasks: — strengthen the role of the financial function in business decision-making; — increase the transparency of financial information and the quality of reporting; — optimize the financing structure, cost of debt, and working capital; — build a unified IT environment for the financial function; — integrate RAS, IFRS, and management accounting; — develop commercial financial analytics: profitability by brands, channels, and clients, trading terms; — manage accounting, treasury, financial and economic planning, and tax functions; — interact with banks, financial institutions, the Board of Directors, and shareholders.

Who we are looking for:

CFO / Deputy CFO with business experience from 30 billion rubles in revenue. We are considering candidates strictly from the following industries: FMCG; Food & Beverages - with a manufacturing component. Major manufacturing and trading groups.

Experience particularly of interest: • financial transformation and business integration; • debt, liquidity, and working capital management; • refinancing, factoring, and working with banks; • M&A / integration of financial functions; • currency operations and hedging; • managing a large financial team.
