CFO | Financial Director | Group CFO

with experience as CFO in large international manufacturing companies with their own production facilities in Russia (food, non-food, pharma, FMCG).

Candidate Requirements: — Experience as CFO, Financial Director, or Group CFO for at least 3 years in international manufacturing companies in the food, non-food, pharma, FMCG, DIY, or B2B manufacturing segments for these industries. — Business scale: from 500 employees and revenue from 10 billion rubles / €100 million. — Recent experience as CFO in a company of a corresponding scale and business area within the last 5–10 years. — Practical experience in preparing IFRS financial statements. — Experience in implementing changes, transforming the finance function, or ERP systems. — Proficient knowledge of 1C — ERP, UPP, Accounting; experience with Power BI and/or Tableau will be an advantage. — English language — B2/C1 and above: conducting negotiations, interacting with international colleagues, and preparing reports. Higher education in finance or economics. ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR will be an advantage. — Willingness for regular business trips to production facilities.
