IT infrastructure provider Linx (ER-Telecom Holding) is looking for a Chief Financial Officer
Requirements:
- Higher economic/financial education
- Experience as a Chief Financial Officer for at least 3 years (IT experience is an advantage)
- Experience in developing financial models for investment projects, financial statement consolidation
- Knowledge of RAS, IFRS
- Proficiency in 1C, Excel at an advanced user level
Responsibilities:
- Planning, development, and implementation of the company's financial strategy in accordance with the vision of the company's management and shareholders, and their current and long-term goals
- Assessment of the financial efficiency of client projects and business development projects
- Management of the Company's cash flows and optimization of cash utilization
- Control over the monthly closing of financial statements in accordance with international standards (provided to the parent company for consolidation)
- Control over the preparation of monthly forecasts (PL, management reporting) for revenue and expenses, control over the execution of the approved company budget
- Passing the annual audit of RAS and IFRS financial statements
- Preparation of the Company's annual budget, presentation of data to the General Director, defense before the parent company
- Optimization and automation of business processes within the financial department, participation in automation projects for the company as a whole
- Preparation of operational reports and presentations for the company's management, parent company, and board of directors
- Control over the procurement process in the company
- Development and control over compliance with the pricing policy
