Responsibilities: 💎Compiling and consolidating financial and management reporting for the international direction of the group of companies (P&L, BS); 💎Full budgeting cycle; Plan-fact analysis, variance analysis; 💎Financial analysis of activities by project; 💎Analysis of the company's current financial activities and development of proposals for its optimization; 💎Automation and improvement of planning, accounting, and reporting processes; 💎Company valuation; 💎Preparation of presentations and analytical notes; 💎Management of the finance department team (international direction): hiring, mentoring, task allocation, quality control, and timely task completion.

Requirements: 💎At least 4 years of experience in preparing management/financial reporting; 💎Experience in wholesale and retail trade, manufacturing, and diversified holdings; 💎Knowledge of IFRS; 💎Deep understanding of management accounting principles, budgeting methodology, and financial planning; 💎Proficient user knowledge of 1C, Excel, Power BI; Experience managing a distributed team; 💎Analytical mindset, ability to work with large volumes of data, attention to detail.
