IT company Lofty is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to build a complete financial accounting system for the company, ensure the transparency of all financial flows, and create a foundation for business scaling.

Responsibilities:

• Building a system of financial accounting, control, and reporting for the owner and company management
• Implementing regulations, processes, and tools to increase the transparency of financial operations and management reporting
• Managing financial flows for multiple projects
• Controlling budgets, P&L, and financial results by products and directions
• Approving non-standard payments, transactions, and financial decisions, and controlling the movement of funds between jurisdictions and payment systems
• Managing foreign bank accounts and international financial flows
• Ensuring the discipline of financial data and improving financial discipline within the company

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a financial function at a senior/deputy CFO level
• Experience in building financial accounting, control, and reporting systems from scratch
• Experience working with multiple legal entities and a complex financial structure
• Experience in cash flow management (budgeting, cash flow, payment calendar)
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (financial modeling, data analysis)
