The IT company Perviy Bit is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
Objective:
- To become a partner to the CEO, make complex things simple, see opportunities where others see problems, and offer solutions that truly work and improve the company.
Area of Responsibility:
- The entire financial block: accounting, settlement department, treasury, PE&O, C&B.
- Implementation and improvement of rules that are easier to follow than ignore.
- Analysis of project efficiency and risk management.
- Building management accounting, preparing impeccable reports for management – and beyond.
- Optimization of cash flows and budget planning.
- Economic analysis for strategic and tactical decision-making.
- Independent management of process automation projects.
Who are we looking for:
- A guru with higher education (preferably technical), experience in holdings with a complex territorial structure and different currencies, as well as with real cases of automation and financial process construction.
- Your qualities: high intelligence, strategic and systemic thinking, flexibility, ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to take responsibility and achieve results even in changing conditions.
