We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer at the IT company Perviy Bit.
Task:
- Become a partner to the CEO, simplify complexity, see opportunities where others see problems, and propose solutions that truly work and improve the company.
Area of Responsibility:
- The entire financial block: accounting, payroll department, treasury, PE&O (Planning and Economic Department), C&B (Compensation and Benefits)
- Implementation and improvement of rules that are easier to follow than to ignore
- Analysis of project efficiency and risk management
- Building management accounting, preparing impeccable reports for management — and beyond
- Optimization of flows and budget planning
- Economic analysis for strategic and tactical decision-making
- Independent management of process automation projects
Who we are looking for:
- A guru with higher education (preferably technical), experience in holdings with complex territorial structures and different currencies, as well as with real case studies in automation and financial process building
- Your qualities: high intelligence, strategic and systemic thinking, flexibility, ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to take responsibility and achieve results even in changing conditions
