A manufacturing company (Holding, 10 legal entities) is looking for a strong professional who doesn't just "close periods" but manages finances and risks.
🟢 Tasks
- Maintain accounting for 10 legal entities (OSNO/USN), control the accrual of taxes and contributions
- Formulate management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) — provide management with a clear picture of finances
- Fully cover interaction with the Federal Tax Service: desk audits, inquiries, on-site audits, document preparation
- Control accounts receivable/payable, contracts, document flow, and reporting to the Social Fund of Russia
- Manage foreign economic activity within the EAEU: contracts, currency control, statistical reporting, VAT on imports
- Manage the accounting department: establish processes, control quality, distribute tasks
🟣 Requirements
- Chief accountant experience of at least 6 years in companies with a turnover of 1.5 billion rubles or more.
- Proven experience of undergoing on-site and desk audits, confident interaction with the tax authorities.
- Real experience in foreign economic activity within the EAEU (not just "familiar with the topic", but managed reporting and controlled operations)
- Confident use of 1C (7.7 and 8.3: UNF, Accounting, ZUP), MS Office, Electronic Document Management (Diadoc, SBIS), "Bank Client" systems
- Payroll calculation skills, knowledge of tax, civil, and labor legislation
- Experience managing a team of 8 or more employees
