Russian innovative pharmaceutical company producing dietary supplements GLS PHARMACEUTICALS is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

Management of the financial department:

• Accounting (bookkeeping, reporting under RAS, tax planning). Accounting system 1C ERP 2.5
• Finance department (management reporting, IFRS, budgeting, planning, analysis)
• Treasury (cash flow management, liquidity, monitoring)

Management accounting and reporting:

• Organization of monthly reporting package (PL, CF, BS, WC)
• Conducting plan/actual analysis, identifying deviations, developing corrective measures, ensuring data presentation for top management, Board of Directors

Controlling and analytics:

• Implementation of a controlling system for monitoring indicators for management decision-making, profit and efficiency indicators, KPIs
• Analysis of operational and financial data, forecasting development scenarios
• Optimization proposals

Planning and budgeting:

• Development of financial strategy
• Annual budgets, scenarios

Working capital management:

• Working capital optimization
• Cash flow and liquidity management
• Working with banks, attracting financing, banking products
• Tax planning

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG business
• Higher economic or financial education
• Analytical mindset, high level of responsibility, results orientation, leadership skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to conduct negotiations, stress resistance
• Experience in effective leadership, team selection for the department
• English language proficiency will be an advantage
• Proficient in 1C, CRM, Excel, Bitrix24
