Ochakovo Reinforced Concrete Plant is a manufacturer and seller of reinforced concrete products, construction materials, as well as turnkey project комплектация.

Responsibilities:
- Organization of the financial and economic block's work in the group of companies (production, logistics, rental business, total turnover currently 2.5 – 3 billion rubles per year, we plan growth)
- Improving the efficiency of the group's business areas by optimizing costs, increasing operational efficiency, identifying growth points
- Organization of budgeting and planning processes, treasury and payment calendar in 1C КА, work with financial flows
- Control of management accounting (PL, CF, BS in perspective) based on 1C КА
- Presentation and defense of reporting to the General Director
- Work with banks and other participants in the financial market
- Participation in a working group for structuring the group of companies' business
- Attraction of subsidies under various entrepreneur support measures
- Participation in the project to migrate to 1C КА from 1C УПП
- Approval of contracts with counterparties
- Tax planning
- Assistance (including methodological) to the chief accountant of the group of companies
Requirements:
- Higher financial/economic education
- At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Director in groups of companies with an annual turnover of more than 1 billion rubles
- Experience in manufacturing companies is mandatory
- Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting
- Enterprise economics (fixed/variable costs)
- Knowledge of 1C КА or 1C ERP
- Experience in structuring a group of legal entities will be a plus
- Experience with ЗПИФ will be a plus
