The production and engineering company INKOR invites Finance Director to join the team.

Responsibilities:
- Organization of a disciplined payment circuit;
- Consolidation of cash flow/P&L from project offices, correctness check, variance analysis with conclusions;
- Preparation and maintenance of the annual budget, limit control, variance management;
- Financial assessment of operational decisions, participation in project analysis, P&L of a separate division;
- Development of requirements for the financial module of the ERP system, control of management accounting logic and data correctness.
Requirements:
- Experience as CFO/Head of Finance Department — from 3 years;
- Higher economic/financial education. MBA will be an advantage;
- Successful experience in management accounting: cash flow, P&L, consolidation;
- Experience in building or restructuring a payment circuit (registers, payment days, control);
- Understanding of the project model and project P&L;
- Experience in EPC/engineering/project companies is desirable;
- Experience implementing ERP (1C:ERP or similar) will be an advantage;
- Experience working with a COO/Operations Director is desirable;
- Proactiveness, systemic thinking, ability to explain numbers in terms of solutions.
Conditions:
- Monday – Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, lunch break – 1 hour;
