VACANCY: Financial Director (Subsidiary / Unit)

Company: "ER-Telecom Holding" is a Russian digital infrastructure company, one of the largest telecommunications operators in Russia.

📍 Saint Petersburg

🔹 Responsibilities: · Organize and support budgeting, management reporting, analysis of subsidiaries and the consolidated Unit, ensure KPI achievement (OIBDA, Net Profit, FCF). · Control accounting accuracy (legislation, internal regulations). · Interact with banks (current account services, payroll services), auditors, and regulatory authorities. · Timely prepare the budget and management reporting for subsidiaries and the Unit. · Approve and analyze financial and economic project models. · Manage the financial department team (5+ people): set tasks, monitor execution, motivate, manage talent. · Provide financial support to the Unit's management.

🔹 Requirements: · Higher education in economics / finance. · Experience of 6+ years, including managing a financial department in a large / medium-sized business for 2+ years (team of 5+ people). · Cash flow, credit portfolio, and liquidity management. · Knowledge of RAS, IFRS, tax legislation. · Skills in financial modeling, calculation of OIBDA / Net Profit / FCF, unit economics, IT product costing, consolidation of reporting for multiple legal entities. · Experience interacting with auditors and government agencies. · Ability to build and implement financial processes, coordinate interaction with internal customers. · Advanced user: SAP ERP, 1C, Electronic Document Management, MS Office, Client-Bank. · ACCA / CIMA / CPA certification will be a plus.
