The production association Technoros is looking for a Financial Director.
Holding Technoros was founded in 1991. It specializes in the development, production, and sale of unique engineering and technical solutions. Developments are carried out in the industries of oil and gas, mining, metallurgy, chemical, and atomic industries, as well as in shipbuilding, the military-industrial complex, and large transport and logistics infrastructure facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the financial service and treasury of a business unit within the holding structure
- Operational management of liquidity, costs, and profit of the organization
- Management of financial assets, working capital structure, financial instruments (banking, market)
- Foreign economic activity (FEA) work
- Control over the execution of the Cash Flow Plan (CFP) and the payment calendar of the group of companies
- Organization and management of the process of setting up, automating, regulating, and implementing business processes in the business unit
- Organization of processes for managing equity and debt capital
- Creation and management of internal control processes for the organization's financial risks
- Organization of the process for compiling and updating long-term financial plans
- Management of the internal control system for the financial discipline of the group of companies
- Organization and management of the process for developing competencies and improving the qualifications of financial service employees
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing a financial service in a group of companies
- Experience in effective management of: financial assets, working capital structure; financial instruments (banking, market)
- Experience in CFP planning (short-term, long-term)
- Experience in treasury support of a group of companies (2-4 legal entities)
- Experience in setting up, automating, regulating, and implementing business processes
- Experience in creating a system for internal control of the financial discipline of a group of companies
- Ability to manage projects, employees, and be responsible for results
- Higher economic/financial education
