The home appliance brand Wollmer invites a Finance Director to the team, who knows how not only to build but also to carefully integrate into existing strong processes.
What needs to be done:
- Control the payment calendar, compile it, teach department heads to budget more effectively;
- Regularly submit important reports such as PNL, Cash Flow with comments on management decisions for the owners;
- Fund money;
- Create super-accurate unit economics; there is room for improvement there;
- If accounts receivable are stuck somewhere or large accounts receivable are approaching – notify the owners in advance and provide an action plan;
- Be aware of everything (or almost everything) that happens in accounting and work together with the chief accountant;
- Strive to automate reports as much as possible; you are the customer and receiver of automation.
