- Has at least 5 years of experience as a financial director or head of a financial function.
- Has worked in a retail, distribution, or e-commerce company.

- Has managed liquidity and financial planning.
- Understands the economics of multiple sales channels.
- Can translate financial data into understandable management decisions.
- Has experience managing a financial team and interacting with accounting.
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and 1C.
- Can confirm the results of their work with specific numbers.
