Financial Director at Roman Nikonov Jewelry House
Roman Nikonov Jewelry House is seeking a Financial Director.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Revenue Plan (BDR), Cash Flow Plan (BDDS), distribution and planning of cash flows
- Interaction with accountant, lawyer
- Work within a group of companies consisting of several legal entities
- Verification, acceptance, accounting, and archiving of primary documentation from Suppliers and Buyers
- Verification, acceptance, accounting, and archiving of primary documentation from Internal departments regarding the movement of Inventory
- Control of missing documents
- Processing and entering received primary documentation into databases in 1C
- Interaction with counterparties on obtaining necessary primary documentation
- Formation of reports based on period and monthly results
- Information support for retail outlets
- Inventory and accounting of Inventory
- Performing tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Work in several online banking systems: preparation of payment orders and payment of invoices
- Improvement of important aspects in the 1C program in conjunction with a programmer for more accurate indicators (business process automation)
Requirements:
- Higher economic education
- Work experience in the specialty (experience in the jewelry industry is important)
- Knowledge of 1C and office software
- Ability to work with a large volume of documents
- Literate oral and written communication
- Trainability, attentiveness, excellent communication skills
Conditions:
- Work schedule: 5 working days / 2 days off. From 11 am to 7 pm
- Salary: negotiable
- Work in the historical center of the city
