SEKTA is a full-cycle beauty ecosystem for masters and clients who choose professional products. The company creates cosmetics, develops training, its own production, a salon direction, and a lifestyle environment for the modern beauty industry.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the financial function: planning and economic department, accounting, corporate finance
- Organization and control of accounting, tax, and management accounting
- Financial planning and control: P&L/Cash Flow statements, budgeting, plan-fact analysis, factor analysis (EBITDA, profitability)
- Liquidity and cash flow management, payment control, and cash gaps
- Attraction and management of raised financing
- Investment analysis and financial modeling (project valuation)
- Automation of management reporting and financial processes (1C ERP, Bitrix, BI — specifying requirements, system enhancements for business needs)
Requirements:
- Experience as a Financial Director in manufacturing companies with a turnover of 3 billion rubles or more – mandatory
- Experience in implementing changes and process automation
- Experience in process optimization and implementing control systems
- Ability to solve complex management tasks without creating chaos around oneself
