An energy company Energocontinent is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
ENERGOCONTINENT is a diversified company solving problems in the energy sector. Energy business and service operations are the main directions of the company's strategic development in the Russian market.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of a management accounting system "from scratch", ensuring transparency of business processes and reliability of data for strategic decision-making
- Conducting economic calculations and efficiency assessments for major projects and transactions
- Conducting financial model analysis to assess the impact of macroeconomic factors (inflation, currency volatility) and changes in operational activities on key business indicators
- Development and implementation of cash flow forecasting models for short-term (daily/weekly) and long-term (annual) perspectives
- Optimization of the company's financing structure: analysis of available sources, liquidity management, and prevention of cash gaps
- Ensuring effective redistribution of financial resources between departments to achieve strategic business goals
- Ensuring compliance with Russian Federation currency legislation, coordination of international payments, minimization of the company's currency risks
- Calculation of the cost of goods sold, taking into account all overhead expenses
- Monthly/Quarterly analysis of plan vs. actual for shipments, receipts, and costs by contract and business line
- Control of accounting statements, optimal taxation
- Reduction and optimization of accounting statement processing times
- Development and control of the payment calendar
- Calculation of the cost of company, business lines, employees
- Participation in the preparation of sales plans by department
- End-to-end deal analytics (financial justification)
- Control and participation in audits
- Control of inventory turnover
- Justification of financial policy for shareholders
- Participate in the calculation of KPIs for employees
- Calculate motivation based on net profit
- Work with credit institutions, attracting funds for projects
- Calculate company assets, annual inventory count
Requirements:
- Higher education (finance, economics)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Practical experience in setting up management accounting and budgeting from scratch
- Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of business economics
- Proficient user of 1C, Bitrix24, Excel
- Independence, efficiency, responsibility, results-orientation
Conditions:
- Full compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (official salary, paid vacation and sick leave)
- Work schedule: 5/2 from 09:00 to 18:00
