The VR group of companies is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.

VR Group is a diversified holding company with over 25 years of successful operation in international and domestic markets.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, analysis, and control of financial performance of business units
• Cash flow management
• Implementation of management accounting, preparation of management reports
• Operational financial control (payment calendar, cash flow plan, contract approval), operational accounts receivable and payable control
• Company efficiency management (cost control and reduction, analysis of opportunities for additional profit generation, process optimization)
• Tax planning: calculation, analysis, optimization
• Budgeting and financial planning, preparation of reports of all levels, variance analysis
• Analysis and approval of contracts and payment procedures
• Control of profitability, business return on investment, product liquidity
• Analysis of cost efficiency
• Participation in the automation of accounting in 1C and management accounting automation

Requirements:

• Higher education in economics and/or finance from a state university
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer
• Minimum 3 years of experience with foreign economic activity (FEA)
• Experience in manufacturing companies with an annual turnover of 10 billion+ rubles
• Experience in developing management reports, automation, and successful implementation
• Experience preparing reports — CF, P&L, BS
• Advanced user of MS Office, EXCEL, WORD, 1C — various configurations
• Expert knowledge in accounting, tax, and management accounting

Conditions:

• Official employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
• Office within walking distance of Ramenskoye metro station
• Work schedule: 5/2 from 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM
