Financial Director (CFO)

We are looking for a strong CFO with a focus on managing financial performance and improving business efficiency.

Responsibilities will include:

— Management of the group's financial flows

— Budgeting, financial planning, variance control

— Management accounting and reporting (P&L, CF, BS)

— Accounts receivable/payable control, payment calendar

— Tax planning and optimization

— Analysis of profitability, return on investment, and costs

— Participation in automation (1C, management accounting system)

— Work with contracts and financial terms

We are looking for someone with:

— CFO experience of 10+ years

— Experience in manufacturing companies (revenue from 10 billion rubles)

— Experience with foreign economic activity (Vneshnetorgovaya deyatelnost) for 3+ years

— Strong expertise in accounting, tax, and management accounting

— Experience in implementing and automating reporting

— Confident level of Excel / 1C:

— Fixed salary: discussed individually
