CDEK Digital is looking for a Financial Business Partner, who will not just analyze numbers, but become a true business partner – someone who shapes financial strategy, identifies growth drivers, and participates in key management decisions.
Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting strategic and tactical decisions of the Digital CEO, preparing proposals for cost optimization.
- Analyzing reports (P&L, unit economics, working capital), planning, forecasting, and tracking metrics, discussing results with management.
- Forming the budget together with IT departments and ensuring planning process support, analyzing deviations and their causes.
- Developing short-term and medium-term forecasts for the IT function and adjusting long-term financial models.
- Creating and evaluating performance indicators (financial and non-financial) together with CFOs.
- Analyzing financial models for projects and products, supporting them, and calculating BV effects.
- Participating in the automation of management accounting, budgeting, and preparation of ad hoc reports.
Candidate profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar finance or economics role.
- Experience working as a Financial Business Partner or Economist in an IT company.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including macros (desirable), and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of 1C:ZUP and BIT Finance (will be an advantage).
- Understanding of budgeting principles, Russian accounting system and IFRS, as well as experience in creating financial and investment models.
- Business orientation, analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, systematic and structured approach to working with a large volume of information.
