CDEK Digital is looking for a Financial Business Partner.
What you will do:
- Support strategic and tactical decisions of the Digital CEO, develop proposals for cost optimization
- Analyze reports (P&L, unit economics, working capital), plan, forecast, and track metrics, discuss results with management
- Formulate the budget together with IT departments and ensure support for the planning process, analyze deviations and their causes
- Develop short-term and medium-term forecasts for the IT function and adjust long-term financial models
- Create and evaluate performance indicators (financial and non-financial) together with CFOs
- Analyze financial models for projects and products, support them, and calculate BV effects
- Participate in the automation of management accounting, budgeting, and preparation of ad hoc reports
- Remote work is possible
We expect you to:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar financial or economic role
- Have experience as a Financial Business Partner or Economist in an IT company
- Have an advanced level of Excel, including macros (desirable), and PowerPoint
- Know 1C: ZUP and BIT Finance (will be an advantage)
- Have knowledge of budgeting principles, Russian accounting system and IFRS, as well as experience in creating financial and investment models
- Possess business orientation, analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, consistency, and a structured approach to working with a large volume of information
