What you will be doing:
- Forming the cash flow budget (CF): twice a year — budget and re-budget (5+7);
- Controlling CF budget execution, plan-fact analysis, identifying and explaining deviations from the budget;
- Regularly (weekly) updating the CF forecast until the end of the year for operational response to changes;
- Validating and timely updating the methodology used in the CF planning model;
- Loading forecasts into internal accounting and planning systems to ensure information integrity;
- Interacting with financial departments (treasury, taxes, reporting) on methodology and deviations;
- Validating budgets and forecasts prepared by the business;
- Detailing payroll analysis by department (commercial, IT, product, back office, etc.).
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst;
- Knowledge of management accounting principles (PL, CF, BS), understanding of payroll formation;
- Ability to build complex models from scratch based on assumptions; advanced MS Excel user (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.);
- Experience with 1C, preferably experience with Optimacros;
- System thinking and strong analytical skills;
- High communication skills: initiative, responsibility, ability to build constructive dialogue.
