We are looking for a Financial Business Partner for the Magnit Delivery department at Magnit OMNI.
Magnit OMNI is the omnichannel business group of the retailer Magnit, responsible for developing an omnichannel customer experience. They transform retail by offering innovative solutions that improve the lives of millions of customers.
At Magnit Delivery, the team is building a dynamically growing e-grocery service: delivering groceries and other goods from stores – through our own service and through partners.

What you will do:
- Lead communications on financial matters for the business unit;
- Monitor the financial performance of the business unit and provide recommendations for improvement;
- Update short-term financial forecasts on a weekly basis;
- Fulfill analytical ad-hoc requests for management decision-making;
- Build financial models, perform financial calculations for the business unit;
- Prepare and review the budget for the business unit, control its execution.
What we expect from you:
- Experience as a Financial Business Partner or Senior Financial Analyst – from 3 years;
- Financial modeling skills;
- Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of complex formulas, use of pivot tables);
- Strong communication skills;
- Experience in retail or e-commerce – will be an advantage.
