Responsibilities:
- Formation of Project Calculation Budgets: collection of initial data, its verification, analysis and aggregation in required cuts and analytics, verification of budget target compliance, established overhead rates, profitability, including compliance with accounting requirements for state contracts. Updating data when inputs change, searching for opportunities to optimize expenses.
- Project Plan-Fact Analysis, control of correct reflection of operations in accounting: analysis of reasons for deviations in key indicators and development of proposals with the supervised department on the necessity of corrective/optimizing measures.
- Formation of financial models of varying complexity for the needs of the supervised business unit.
- Control of ensuring an adequate level of costs (especially in terms of TRZ accounting) in terms of business cases.
- Preparation of monthly actuals and forecasts for TRZ write-offs for projects: verification of TRZ data for the project (utilization, functions), verification of the correctness and completeness of data in the report/accounting, coordination of the report with the supervised business unit.
- Participation in the development of measures aimed at ensuring the achievement of target indicators of the supervised business unit, including optimization measures.
- Financial control of activities: timeliness of cash receipts, signing of closing documents throughout the contract execution chain.
- Calculation of financial contract terms (project cost, stage costs, advances, financial security, warranty obligations), their entry into state contracts and control during approval in electronic document management, handling comments from the parent company.
- Ensuring the passage of Regulator inspections within the framework of contracts with state funding.
- Participation in the preparation of technical-economic and financial-economic justifications for projects according to customer and parent organization requirements.
- Conducting training, providing full financial and methodological support to business unit employees on financial matters.
Requirements:
- Higher education (finance or economics)
- Experience with 1C software package
- Knowledge of Treasury Support procedures as an advantage
- Experience in analyzing and consolidating financial and economic indicators for over 5 years
- Proficient in Excel as an advanced user (complex formulas, pivot tables, processing large data sets, etc.)
- Experience in collecting, processing, and analyzing large amounts of data, ability to work with financial models.
