What you will do:
- Business Partnership: Support functional departments on financial matters and assist in making effective business decisions.
- Management Reporting: Collect and prepare key management reports (P&L, Cash Flow).
- In-depth Analytics: Conduct factor analysis of variances, identify causes, and assess their impact on the company's financial results.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the formation of the annual budget and preparation of regular forecasts.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex models for evaluating the effectiveness of business initiatives and new directions.
- Controlling: Monitor key performance indicators and develop recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Ad hoc: Prompt preparation of non-standard reports and calculations upon business request to solve current management tasks.
Candidate Profile:
- Proactive Partner: You can build effective communication with colleagues, defend your position with arguments, and speak the same language as the business.
- Adaptability and Curiosity: You are open to new approaches in your work, can easily switch between tasks, and strive to deeply understand the logic of the product you are working with.
- You love structure and order in numbers, but at the same time understand how the company's business processes work.
- You are proficient in Excel to the level where formulas write themselves and data form coherent models.
- You have at least 4 years of experience in finance and are not afraid of large volumes of data.
