In MTS Media, we are looking for a Head of Financial Planning and Analysis Department.
ON Media is a content holding company that unites the businesses of the Erion digital ecosystem (formerly MTS ecosystem) in the field of online and offline entertainment. The holding includes the online cinema KION, ON Studio, the book service KION Lines, the streaming service KION Music, the music company ON Label, and the company MTS Live, which manages ticketing operators Ticketland and Ticketscloud, the production center ON Show, and develops a federal network of concert venues.
What you will be doing:
- Control the formation of management reporting for the holding's business verticals
- Control the formation of the forecast, vertical budgets, and holding consolidation
- Preparation of presentation materials for top management and the Board of Directors
- Planning and control of KPI achievement for the holding's verticals
- Leading the project for automating the formation of management reporting
- Participation in business transformation and organizational structure projects
- Managing a team of 8 employees, controlling current tasks, and development
Candidate requirements:
- Understanding of the basic principles of financial reporting (P&L)
- Experience managing a team of 5 or more employees for at least 2 years
- At least 3 years of experience in consolidating management reporting and forming forecasts and budgets, understanding of intercompany elimination rules
- Analytical mindset, systemic thinking, structured approach
- Personal qualities – flexibility, adaptability to change, stress resistance, communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, active user of PowerPoint, Think-cell
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis methods
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Ability to decompose tasks and set priorities in a timely manner
