Financial Business Partner at Solar (Rostelecom Group), an Information Security Solutions Integrator and Developer
Solar (Rostelecom Group), an information security solutions integrator and developer, is looking for a Financial Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Full financial support of the division as a separate business unit;
- Responsibility for the division's P&L: revenue, margin, operating expenses, OIBDA, FCF;
- Budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, participation in the division's strategy formation;
- Analysis of deviations (plan vs. actual), identification of profit and cost drivers;
- Financial evaluation of initiatives, investment projects, and new products;
- Preparation of management reporting and analytics for the division head and top management;
- Identification of points for efficiency growth and risks;
- Control of financial KPI execution;
- Participation in automation and optimization of financial processes.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Financial Business Partner/Head of Finance/FP&A;
- Deep understanding of management reporting and P&L/CF formation principles;
- Experience in budgeting and financial modeling;
- Ability to work with uncertainty and build forecasts;
- Skill in reasoned communication with the business;
- Proactivity and ability to influence decisions;
- Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling);
- Experience with ERP/BI systems.
