A GeroPharm pharmaceutical company is looking for a Financial Business Partner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial and strategic support to business unit leaders and budget owners
- Support the FP&A Director and CFO in analyzing business results, understanding key trends, business risks, and opportunities
- Perform price/volume, margin, and profitability analysis as a decision-making tool to maximize potential profit
- Conduct financial assessment of both new launches and mature brands. Evaluate promotional initiatives (based on ROI and rationale)
- Analyze and critically evaluate marketing and sales forecasts and assumptions for business units
- Organize consolidated business planning processes. Full PL budgeting cycle, including modeling of prices and discounts, distributor sales/shipments, product/company margin and profitability accounting, OPEX forecasting
- Support business unit leaders in internal reviews, annual/monthly planning, and business case approval
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education (Economics, Finance)
- Experience in a similar role in a pharmaceutical company
- Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, CIS and Russian accounting standards, tax legislation
- Proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges
- Effective cross-functional collaboration. Experience in financial interaction with various company departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be persuasive and diplomatic
