Seeking a Financial Manager (up to 400k RUB gross) for a company with handover from a top expert
Friends, I'm looking for a financier for a company, FMCG (confectionery products). Revenue 300 million rubles per year, staff 50 people. Location: Moscow.
Who I'm looking for:
A financier with 3–5 years of experience who:
- wants to grow to the level of Chief Financial Officer;
- understands the difference between "keeping records" and "managing a business through finances";
- is ready to take on FP&A, cash management, accounting control, and participation in strategic decisions (pricing, S&OP).
You will not just be a financial manager, but the right hand of the owner and CEO on financial matters.
What we offer:
- Salary: 300–400 thousand rubles gross.
- Team: reporting to you – a financial analyst (1 person) and accounting department (4 people). Reporting to the CEO (founder) and the owner.
- Hybrid format (negotiable).

Key tasks:
- FP&A: monthly forecast and plan-fact for P&L, BS, CF.
- Cash management and payment calendar.
- Accounting control, tax optimization (USN/OSNO).
- Participation in S&OP, pricing, and strategic decisions.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution – will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of 1C (UPP, ERP, Accounting) and Excel at an advanced level.
- Experience with budgeting, plan-fact, and factor analysis.
- Understanding of USN / OSNO, tax optimization.
- Communication skills, proactivity, readiness to offer solutions.
