Online school Umskul is looking for a Head of Financial Planning, Analysis and Management Accounting Department, who will help the business achieve its goals more transparently and systematically.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for blocks: management accounting, budgeting, financial analysis
- Ensuring the financial manageability of Umskul GC. Including through the implementation and development of a budgeting system, the formation of transparent management reporting, etc.
- Formation of the budget model (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance)
- Formation of a model for maximizing income from the placement of free funds, control over the responsible employee (treasurer) for the implementation of this model
- Consolidation of the company's budget
- Automation of budgeting and management accounting processes
- Execution of the budget calendar (adherence to departmental deadlines)
- Formation of Rolling Forecast
Key projects during the probationary period:
- Build a financial model (together with the CFO)
- Debug management accounting in ITAN
- Improve the budgeting system
Candidate expectations:
- Experience: at least 3 years in a similar role and/or with similar experience (described in tasks and projects)
- Willingness to independently delve into operational tasks without involving a team (for example: perform factor analysis, develop reporting forms, create a financial metrics tree, financial modeling)
- Ability to build constructive working relationships with stakeholders, speak the business language understandably
- Proactivity and self-drive
- Primarily considering candidates from IT, digital, EdTech companies
