We are looking for a Head of Finance at VseLLM — a B2B platform for accessing leading AI models via a unified API.
We need not a classic CFO who only prepares reports, but an owner of the entire financial function of the business unit: P&L, settlement control, financial processes, vendors, and solving complex operational issues.
What you will do
Finance
- Be responsible for P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting, and plan-vs-actual.
- Control profitability by clients, vendors, and products.
- Manage financial analytics and monthly closing.
- Build financial processes as the business grows.
Reconciliations and Money Control
- Build a reconciliation system: our router data ↔ client charges ↔ vendor billing.
- Identify reasons for discrepancies and ensure the company does not lose money.
- Formulate requirements for data, reports, and automatic controls.
- Assign tasks to developers for SQL extractions, reconciliation automation, and financial dashboards.
- Understand data and SQL at a level sufficient for verifying logic and assigning tasks.
Vendors and Finance Operations
- Manage the financial aspects of relationships with Russian and international vendors.
- Control contracts, payment terms, limits, outstanding balances, and closing documents.
- Coordinate international payment and contracting issues with external consultants.
- Find economically efficient settlement structures considering currency, sanctions, and tax restrictions.
- Resolve cross-functional issues with accounting, legal, vendors, and other departments.
Who we are looking for
- 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, Finance Operations, or Financial Controlling.
- Experience in IT / SaaS / Cloud / Fintech / Marketplace — a big plus.
- Strong understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, and management accounting.
- Ability to work with large volumes of financial and product data.
- Understanding of SQL and databases will be a big plus.
- Experience with international settlements and working with multiple legal entities — a plus.
- Ability to manage people and external contractors.
We already have a part-time financial analyst who handles management reporting, developers for automation, and external specialists for international payments. The Head of Finance's task is to unite these resources into a functioning financial function and be fully responsible for the result.
Format: Moscow / remote / hybrid
Compensation: target 300–400k ₽ gross + performance bonus.
