The Dodo Pizza and Drinkit (Dodo Brands) team is looking for a Chief Financial Officer who can transform the finances of a growing business into a transparent management system that can truly be relied upon for decision-making.
The team is developing two areas – Dodo Pizza pizzerias and Drinkit coffee shops in Russia and the UAE. They are not just looking for a CFO to handle reporting. They are seeking a person who can provide owners with a clear picture of the business, build management accounting, and make numbers a tool for management.
Key Task:
- Build a financial system where owners understand the current state of the business at any moment, and management decisions are made quickly and based on data.
Tasks:
- Build and develop management accounting.
- Establish budgeting and financial planning.
- Formulate and control P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
- Manage the payment calendar.
- Develop unit economics and a system of key metrics.
- Control the profitability, payback, and productivity of outlets.
- Increase the transparency of financial data for owners.
- Automate financial processes and reporting.
- This is a role for someone who can see the business behind the numbers and create a financial function that owners trust.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer.
- Experience in HoReCa, foodtech, franchising, or chain business will be a significant advantage.
- Experience in building management accounting from scratch or a deep transformation of an existing system.
- Proficient in 1C.
- Advanced Excel, including working with macros.
- Experience using AI tools in work.
