A company that is a leading manufacturer and distributor of household appliances is looking for an ambitious and successful candidate for the position of Chief Financial Officer.
The company has been operating in the market for over 15 years and is among the TOP-3 market leaders in household appliances in Russia, with a developed distribution network and a recognizable brand.
Your tasks:
- Managing the company's financial function
- Preparing regular reports for owners, investors, banks
- Capital management
- Development of management accounting (P&L, Cash Flow, management balance sheet)
- Automation of the financial loop, improving data speed and quality
- Liquidity management, payment calendar, working capital management
- Attracting financing, working with banks
- Tax planning, optimization of tax burden, control of tax risks
- Management of the financial department (accounting, treasury, legal department)
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position in trading and purchasing companies with an annual turnover of 5 billion rubles or more for at least 3 years
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more people
- Knowledge of foreign economic activity (Vneshnetorgovaya deyatelnost), knowledge of specifics of working with marketplaces
- Knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- Ability to build long-term relationships with banks
- Knowledge of AI tools in the financial block as an advantage
- Knowledge of 1C UT, knowledge of BI tools
- Analytical mindset, systematic thinking, results orientation, responsibility, developed managerial competencies, developed communication skills
- Education: higher (economics, finance, technical)
Conditions:
- Salary 460,000 rubles after tax deduction (NDFL), annual bonus based on the company's net profit is possible. Income level is discussed with successful candidates
- Work schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00
