Responsibilities:
- Management of the financial department, participation in financial planning and operational activities
- Budget formation, performance forecasting
- Management reporting formation
- Liquidity management
- Control of expense estimates and payment discipline execution
- Tax planning and tax optimization
- Financial risk management, financial forecasting
- Analysis of the efficiency of financial and economic activities, financial modeling
- Interaction with supervising departments within the banking group, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Development, optimization, audit, and automation of business processes in the financial department
- Development of regulatory documents
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Director in a large company
- Experience in manufacturing companies, companies with separate divisions
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in IT companies, resident companies of "Skolkovo"
- Practical experience with 1C version 8.3
- Proficient PC user (excellent knowledge of Excel)
- Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work in a multitasking mode with a large volume of information, ability to analyze received data, ability to clearly defend one's position in writing/orally
