CAVAG, a group of companies manufacturing special equipment, is looking for a Financial Director.
CAVAG Group of Companies is involved in the production, sale, and maintenance of airfield, utility, and refueling equipment. The group of companies is one of the largest manufacturers of special airfield equipment in Russia, uniting industry professionals with a commitment to modernizing and developing the transport infrastructure of Russia and the CIS countries.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve the financial and accounting policies of the holding
- Manage the company's financial resources and regulate financial flows to maximize efficiency and profit
- Develop budgets, projected balance sheets, and financial plans
- Communicate key financial indicators to departments, monitor their performance
- Participate in the development of projects and plans for the implementation of services and works
- Analyze funding sources, study financial markets, and develop proposals for risk reduction
- Conduct negotiations with banks, leasing and credit institutions, and external counterparties
- Analyze financial and economic activities and develop measures to improve solvency, profitability, and financial stability
- Control budget execution, targeted use of funds, financial indicators, and procurement activities
- Participate in the implementation of the ERP system within the holding
Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in finance and economics
- Minimum 6 years of experience in holding structures
- Excellent knowledge of 1C, experience implementing and working with 1C ERP
- Strategic thinking, systematic approach, ability to work in a multitasking environment
