We are looking for a Financial Director for Geotehconsulting, a company in the field of mining and geological services and consulting. The ideal candidate will be able to optimize current processes and set a course for further business development.
Results of work in this position:
- Optimized management of financial flows and company assets, accurate budget planning and control, effective interaction with credit organizations, timely implementation of profitable investments. No violations following internal audits. Strengthened team of the financial and economic block and ensured financial stability of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Formation and implementation of the company's financial strategy, development and implementation of new financial solutions to improve business efficiency;
- Liquidity and cost management: prevention of cash gaps, optimization of expenses by departments;
- Interaction with credit organizations, leasing companies, banks, analysis of credit product offers, agreement of terms, conclusion of contractual relations, control of fulfillment of obligations under leases, loans, and other liabilities;
- Management of budgeting, financial planning, search for reliable and profitable instruments for placing temporarily free funds;
- Organization and improvement of the management accounting system;
- Control over the correctness of accounting and tax reporting, minimization of financial and tax risks;
- Analysis of financial indicators, identification of growth and optimization areas.
This job is for you if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in leadership positions in finance and economics (Financial/Economic Director);
- You have expert knowledge of financial and management accounting, budgeting, accounting, and tax legislation;
- You have experience implementing and configuring management accounting based on 1C (treasury and budgeting) as a supplement to accounting;
- You are skilled at analyzing large volumes of data, turning them into clear strategic decisions;
- You are driven by development, can set ambitious goals, and achieve them.
