A manufacturing company for Morozko products is looking for a Financial Director.
MOROZKO is one of the largest deep-frozen food producers in Russia, with an annual output of over 500 product items under the brands «Morozko», «Caesar», «Pelmenny Master», «Rimio», «Tsarstvoe Podvorye», and «Maslenitsa».
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the Holding's financial services (budgeting, treasury, management accounting)
- Forming and analyzing management reporting, developing financial models
- Regular analysis of the company's financial and economic activities, identifying cost optimization reserves
- Ensuring effective interaction between the financial services departments and other divisions
- Managing cash flows, credit portfolio, and investment activities
- Controlling financial risks and developing hedging strategies
- Preparing reports for shareholders and top management
- Automating financial processes and implementing BI tools
Requirements:
- Experience as a Financial Director in a large company
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, management accounting, tax planning
- Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in optimizing financial processes
- Leadership qualities, strategic thinking, ability to make decisions under uncertainty
