KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): — Fulfillment of the annual budget and deviation for CAPEX/OPEX (%) — Liquidity level and average efficiency of working capital utilization (DSO/DPO) — Cost reduction and margin growth (% EBITDA) — Timeliness and accuracy of management and statutory reporting — Compliance with tax and regulatory discipline (number of remarks/fines) — Implementation of financial projects on time and within budget

Requirements: — 5+ years of experience in managerial financial roles in manufacturing or state-owned companies — Knowledge of budgeting, treasury, tax and regulatory law of the Russian Federation — Skills in team management and implementation of financial KPIs

Conditions: — Official employment, social package — Salary by agreement, fixed from 700,000 rubles. — Work in the head office in Moscow
