Responsibilities
- structure and control financial flows;
- build a shareholder fund management system;
- implement operational, investment, and strategic planning;
- automate reporting and financial processes;
- evaluate project profitability and defend strategies before the Shareholder;
- manage financial and operational risks.

Requirements
- experience in building a financial system in a GC (especially in industry, management company, or with a land fund);
- understanding of the operation of closed-end mutual funds (ЗПИФ) and related mechanisms;
- cases of implementing financial management, including in startups or during process transformation;
- skills in automating financial processes;
- experience in defending projects before Shareholders;
- systemic thinking, attention to detail, high responsibility.
