An investment group (development) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the financial service and accounting department of the group of companies
- Development and improvement of the management accounting and management reporting system
- Formation, defense, and control of budget execution (P&L budget, Cash Flow budget), financial planning, and forecasting
- Cash flow management and ensuring the financial stability of the business
- Preparation of analytical materials and management reports for the shareholder, participation in strategic decision-making
- Financial and economic expertise of investment projects, transactions, and key management initiatives
- Analysis of financial risks and development of measures for their minimization
- Tax planning and control of the efficiency of financial processes
- Leadership of projects for the automation of the financial function and implementation of modern management accounting tools
- Interaction with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and other external partners
Requirements:
- Higher education in finance and economics
- Successful experience as a Chief Financial Officer or Deputy Chief Financial Officer in holding structures
- Practical experience in development, residential \ commercial real estate, construction, or investment projects is a mandatory requirement
- Experience in managing the financial function of a group of companies with multiple legal entities
- Expertise in building management accounting, budgeting, financial planning, and treasury
- Experience in preparing management reports for business owners and top management
- Experience in supporting investment structures and working with collective investment instruments is desirable
- Strong managerial competencies, strategic thinking, a high level of independence, and readiness to work in close collaboration with the shareholder
