Deputy Project Manager for Finance at Samolet Development Group
Samolet Development Group is seeking a Deputy Project Manager for Finance.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of operational efficiency and project payback
- Analysis of management reporting, development of optimization proposals within set tasks
- Development of models for revenue generation and operational performance indicators for project evaluation and forecasting
- Preparation of plan-fact budget calculations for projects
- Analysis of payments and contracts for economic feasibility, managing the liquidity of the business area
- Support of the budgeting process (planning, execution control, variance analysis) for revenue and expense components
- Calculation of project costs, formation of the calculation model
- Project liquidity control
- Maintaining project management reporting: P&L, Cash Flow plan-fact
- Maintaining/building financial models for development projects in Optimacros for management decision-making / budget execution control / operational efficiency improvement
- Preparation of financial models for banks/partners and other group stakeholders
- Preparation of presentation materials for the Investment Committee and other group management bodies
- Cross-functional interaction with treasury / accounting / corporate finance / development and other group departments
- Direct reporting to the financial business partner, matrix reporting to the project manager
Requirements:
- Higher education in Finance
- Knowledge and practical skills in accounting, tax, management accounting, and financial analysis
- Experience in budgeting and planning
- Knowledge of 1C: Accounting, advanced Excel user
- Experience in building financial models
- 2+ years of experience in the finance industry / financial management / asset valuation
- Ability to build a financial model (3 statements: PL, CF, BS) - mandatory
- Experience with Optimacros is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Experience in development is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Entrepreneurial experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
