Our Management Company (managing 2.6 million sq. m of residential and 18 thousand sq. m of commercial real estate, including the landmark residential complexes "Severnaya Dolina", "Panorama 360", and "Yuntolovo") is looking for a strong financial leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the financial and economic activities of the Management Company (DRB, Cash Flow, budgeting, financial modeling).
- Service pricing and cost calculation (housing and communal services sector).
- Automation of accounting policies and process regulation.
- Management of a team of 25 people.
Our expectations for the candidate:
- Higher specialized education.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Director / Director for Economics in the housing and communal services sector or in resource-supplying organizations (RSOs) - this is a key requirement.
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
