Iarus Standart is a construction company within a holding. Today, the company has contracts, money, and a strong core team, but the financial result is close to zero due to weak operational management and problems with fund utilization.
Tasks:
- Main task: take operational management into your own hands, establish order, standardize processes, ensure contract fulfillment, and bring the company to stable profitability.
Requirements:
- Energy and drive: a person with "burning eyes" who wants to do something worthwhile and build an effective system.
- Self-sufficiency and responsibility: capable of making decisive decisions and taking responsibility for the result. The owner is in another city, so a high level of independence is required.
- Leadership: ability to manage a team, unite strong specialists, and lead them.
- Readiness to relocate: willingness to move to Perm and immerse yourself in the "field" and operational tasks.
- Experience in construction management (general contracting, industrial and civil construction).
- Understanding of construction economics, ability to manage profitability and fund utilization.
- Experience in building systematic project management (project passports, clear planning, control of deadlines and budgets).
- Crisis management skills: ability to quickly "put out fires" and simultaneously build a system.
Conditions:
- Perm, Russia (candidates from other cities are considered with the possibility of relocation).

- Base salary: a decent fixed salary (discussed individually).
- Operational bonus: tied to KPIs for fund utilization and project profitability.
- Option program (partnership): based on work results by the end of next year (December 2027), upon achievement of the company's target financial indicators (moving from zero to target profit) – a share in the company, its terms of acquisition are fixed legally at the start.
